REGISTRATION FEES

Registration includes;

• Registration fee
• Participation to scientific sessions
• Enterance to exhibition area
• 2 coffee breaks and lunch with 1 soft drink per day for 3 days

A 20% VAT will be added to the fees.

External participation fee will be applied for the participants who do not use accommodation.
Foreign participation fee includes; coffee breaks and lunches during the meeting.
Before the meeting, the entire fee must paid to the account number stated below.

ACCOMMODATION FEES

Accommodation Cost includes;

• Accommodation for 3 nights including breakfast (18-21 October 2023)
• VAT (10%) and City Tax (%2) shall be added to the prices (accommodation fee). Momentos Event reserves the right to change the fee if any changes arise in the taxes, charges and duties levied.
• All accommodation fees are required to be transferred to the below stated bank account of Momentos Event before the meeting.
• Agency reserves the right to cancel the request or make change on the accommodation hotel in case of incomplete fee payments.
  

TRANSFER FEE

• VAT (20%) shall be added to the prices (transfer fee). Momentos Event reserves the right to change the fee if any changes arise in the taxes, charges and duties levied.
• Momentos Event is entitled to shift the probable tax, due and charge changings.
• All registration fees are required to be transferred to the below stated bank account of Momentos Event before the meeting.
• Agency reserves the right to cancel the request or make change on the registration in case of incomplete fee payments.

All accommodation and transfer fees should be deposited to the MOMENTOS EVENT Account numbers listed below.

The agency reserves the right to cancel unpaid requests.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION

• Cancellation requests for transfer must be communicated to Momentos Event and organization by e-mail to the address [email protected]
• For cancellation requests before September, 1, 2023, 10% of the deposited registration and accommodation fee will be refunded after deducting the bank charges.
• No refunds will be made for cancellations made after September 1, 2023.
• Name changes will be accepted only after September 1, 2023.
• All refunds will be done after the congress.
