A 20% VAT will be added to the fees.

Registration includes;

• Registration fee

• Participation to scientific sessions

• Enterance to exhibition area

• 2 coffee breaks and lunch with 1 soft drink per day for 2 days

External participation fee will be applied for the participants who do not use accommodation.

Foreign participation fee includes; coffee breaks and lunches during the meeting. Before the

meeting, the entire fee must paid to the account number stated below.

Accommodation Cost includes;

• Accommodation for 3 nights including breakfast (18-21 October 2023)

• VAT (10%) and City Tax (%2) shall be added to the prices (accommodation fee). Momentos Event

reserves the right to change the fee if any changes arise in the taxes, charges and duties levied.

• All accommodation fees are required to be transferred to the below stated bank account of

Momentos Event before the meeting.

• Agency reserves the right to cancel the request or make change on the accommodation hotel in

case of incomplete fee payments.
