We are pleased to announce that case submissions for the upcoming CTO Essentials are now open. This is your opportunity to present your most compelling and challenging cases onstage and contribute to an engaging, educational exchange with peers and experts.

17TH CTO ESSENTIALS 2026 – CASE SUBMISSION RULES

• Complete all required fields in the submission form.
• Submit a case summary of no more than 500 words, including the clinical background, key angiographic/procedural findings, treatment strategy, and educational value.
• Upload a PowerPoint presentation with a maximum presentation time of 8 minutes and no more than 8 content slides (excluding the title, conflict of interest, and closing slides).
• Upload up to 5 figures as a single Word document using the provided template.
• Ensure all patient information is fully anonymized and that any required patient consent has been obtained.
• Submissions that do not comply with these guidelines or are incomplete will not be accepted for review by the Scientific Committee.
• By submitting a case, the presenter confirms that all authors have approved the submission and agree to the congress's submission and review policies.
